Rein shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, or accidents.
Rein wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our Botanical Body Serums & Skin Oils, Performance Body Balms & Recovery Creams, and Aromatic Room Sprays & Linen Mists, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
