Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund, except in cases where the product arrived defective or damaged during shipping.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as Rein cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund.
